Riot Squad Dogs

Riot Squad has been running as a non-runners running club for a year now, to teach the inactive to fall in love with running in a supportive, friendly, and non-competitive environment. In the last year we’ve managed to get 400 people who ordinarily wouldn’t join a running club for fear of being too slow, too old, and too wobbly, off the couch. The club teaches people how to run safely and build up fitness but also shows how running can improve your mental health.
