Great Bromley & District Cricket Club

Great Bromley & District Cricket Club was formed in 1920. The ground, which is situated behind the village hall, is widely regarded as a beautiful place to play cricket. The club has 2 senior teams, playing on a Saturday in Division 5 and on a Sunday in Division C of the Marshall Hatchick Two Counties League. The club also has youth sides for the 12 to 16 year old age groups, in addition to Kwik Cricket for the younger 6 to 11 age groups on Friday evenings throughout May to August. The club is family orientated and friendly and always looking for new players and members to join. The club house had a significant refurbishment in 2015 and benefits from a licensed bar and good social facilities.
