To identify and record the location, shift activity and timing of volunteers during an incident.

Article 6 Lawfulness of Processing (Section 1, (e))

Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

What data we collect about you (fields)?

Personal details as required.  These will include:

•    Name 
•    Telephone numbers
•    Next of kin

How long do we keep your personal data?

The data is kept for a minimum of ten years in case of a Public Inquiry or an Inquest regarding the incident.

Who do we share it with?

Relevant internal officers only.

Individuals themselves (Data Subjects)
