- Financial details for payment by direct debit

In accordance with the Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule:
Financial data – 6 years plus current.
Who do we share it with?
Relevant information is shared with internal departments where applicable.
We may also share information about you with third parties where permitted or required to do so by law. This may include other local authorities and government departments carrying out their public tasks, such as a Magistrates Court, Valuation Office Agency, the Police in carrying out criminal investigations, and data matching via the District and National Fraud Initiatives. We will also share your data with agencies working on our behalf, such as the council's Collection Agents.
