Within Planning our main role is to control and enhance development across the district, we encourage new and fresh design and preservation of our older buildings and natural environment.

Land Charges

The Local Land Charges Section carries out all official searches covered by the Local Land Charges Act 1975. These searches guarantee comprehensive replies to the official LLC1 and CON29 enquiries.
